We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of practice, pushing back on American fitness culture to demand mental and spiritual integration, and fostering a community where wellness evolves with creativity and purpose, co-creating a collaborative and collective support system between teachers and students.
Specifically, yoga is not reduced to physical postures or a means to an end, yoga is the art of presence.

Become a Student
In an energetic exchange that matches your commitment, we offer four one to one classes per month.
At this level, you gain access to a wealth of resources and exclusive content including on demand sessions, guided meditations, breathwork, and our teacher blog. You also have access to six one to one sessions per month.
Experience Yoga
Spend 75 minutes one on one with a breath work trained yoga teacher. This yoga session is for those who work in a corporate, office setting, sedentary position, or fields of work that require repetitive movements that cause chronic pain. Individuals who choose this option need a dynamic release from the physical, emotional, and mental constraints of these families of work. Expect to engage in chest, neck, lower back and hamstring opening and strengthening asana sequences as well as a targeted meditative immersion into breath work during the introduction and conclusion to the session.
This 90 minute one on one session is tailored for those who work in extremely high stress situations: first responders, medical professionals, mental health and crisis counselors, police officers, and anyone who needs an immediate way to clear the mind, recalibrate the nervous system, and learn to steady the reactions of the body in critical moments. Expect to engage in an extended breath work session at the beginning of your session then move into longer holds in passive positions resembling soma (or yin) yoga practices. Throughout pose holds, your teacher will lead you in guided meditations and sound immersion that restore the nervous system. This practice allows the body and mind to feel, learn, and return to what it means to freeze in time when our surroundings are chaos.
This one on one session is a 75 minute guided journey into the power of breath and sound immersion. A growing body of research supports the capacity of holotropic breathing to transform the mental states associated with chronic stress. Holotropic breathing is a combination of rhythmic continuous breathing and breath holds that safely and temporarily shift body chemistry and blood pH, which facilitates altered mind states comparable to traditionally used hallucinogenics.
This session is for people who are looking to journey deeper into themselves, heal trauma, and gain insights that become blocked by the day to day grind. Using the body’s natural ability to temporarily shift mind states in a completely supported environment, our teachers will be present for you as your true self teaches you what needs to be learned.
